3. Ecosystem Services & Beta Features

The Unstoppable ecosystem incorporates multiple ongoing projects, digital applications, and interactive experiences, including but not limited to:

• Unstoppable Hub: The centralized dashboard and status monitor for all network projects.
• ezManage Tracker (Beta): Project tracking, roadmap timelines, and task management systems.
• Squishly / Blobgame (Beta): Physics-driven mini-games and interactive demos.
• Autolux: Vehicle detailing services and booking consultation interfaces.

4. Medixly Music Streaming & Content Ownership

Medixly provides on-demand digital music streaming, synchronized lyric viewing, song discovery, artist profiles, and personalized playlists. By utilizing Medixly, you agree that:

• No Ownership of Music: Medixly does not own any music. All sound recordings, musical compositions, audio tracks, and artist metadata accessible through Medixly remain the exclusive property of their respective artists, record labels, publishers, and copyright owners. Medixly claims no proprietary rights or ownership in any music content.
• Spotify Streaming Infrastructure: All music available and played on Medixly is streamed from Spotify. For standard (free) users, all music is streamed from a free Spotify account. For Premium users, music is streamed from a Premium Spotify account. All playback is subject to Spotify's terms of service, policies, and availability.
• Permitted Use & Restrictions: Audio playback is granted strictly under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not capture, rip, download, scrape, re-stream, broadcast, or redistribute any musical recordings, audio assets, or synchronized lyrics from Medixly.
• Tiered Playback Features: Free-tier accounts may be subject to skip limits, audio promotions, or sponsored content, which are removed or expanded for active Premium and Ultimate subscribers.

5. Dreams TimeSkip Universe

Dreams TimeSkip encompasses original animated media, narrative storylines, episodic video trailers, Minecraft adventure worlds, and associated soundtracks. All characters, names, scripts, original world designs, and audiovisual presentations are the exclusive intellectual property of Unstoppable LLC and Catalin Andrian. You may not claim ownership or produce commercial adaptations without explicit written license from Unstoppable LLC.

6. E-Commerce & Merch Shop

Our online shop enables users to purchase official physical merchandise (apparel, streetwear, accessories, stickers, posters) and digital perks. The following terms govern all store purchases:

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from typographical or clerical mistakes.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once processed and billed. You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping address details and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

If physical merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact unstoppableplays2016@hotmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence. Digital passes, downloadable items, and redeemed points are strictly non-refundable.

7. Memberships, Subscriptions & Billing

We provide tiered memberships (Free, Premium, and Ultimate) granting premium benefits such as ad-free navigation, unlimited Medixly skips, exclusive merchandise discounts, and early beta access.

• Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our authorized payment processors (including Stripe).
• Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable prevailing rate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Your benefits will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
• Fee Changes: Unstoppable LLC reserves the right to modify membership pricing upon giving reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

8. Loyalty Points & Promo Codes

Users can earn Unstoppable Points through qualifying purchases, community participation, and account milestones. Points have no monetary cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and may only be applied toward eligible discounts or perks in the Unstoppable Shop as outlined in our promotional guidelines. Promotional codes (such as introductory discounts) are subject to expiration and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

9. User Content & Community Conduct

When participating in our community blog comments, feature request forums, or user profile sections, you agree to maintain a respectful and lawful environment. You agree NOT to transmit, post, or distribute:

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, chain letters, or commercial solicitations.
• Files containing viruses, trojans, worms, malicious scripts, or data-mining tools.
• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy right of any party.

By submitting comments or feedback to our Site, you grant Unstoppable LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your feedback for platform improvement.

10. Intellectual Property Rights & DMCA Policy

All original content created and included on the Site—such as text, graphics, logos, icons, original soundtracks, video clips, user interfaces, code, stylesheets, and compilation—is the exclusive property of Unstoppable LLC, Catalin Andrian, or its content licensors, protected under applicable United States and international copyright and trademark laws. As set forth in Section 4, Medixly does not own any music; all streamed music is provided via Spotify (from a free Spotify account for standard users and a Premium Spotify account for Premium users) and remains the property of its respective copyright owners.

"Unstoppable", "UN250", "Medixly", and "Dreams TimeSkip" are trademarks and trade dress of Unstoppable LLC. No trademark or trade dress may be used in connection with any third-party product or service without prior written authorization.

DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Agent

Unstoppable LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used or posted on the Site in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at unstoppableplays2016@hotmail.com containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on the Site.

12. User Telemetry, Behavioral Analytics, and Data Asset Transfer

12.1 License Grant in Telemetry & Interaction Data

You grant Unstoppable LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to record, process, store, aggregate, and generate analytical insights from non-sensitive telemetry emitted during your session. This data encompasses scroll depths, active viewport dwell times, call-to-action click latencies, hover diagnostics, rage-click and dead-click UX anomalies, product impressions, and technical device characteristics.

Exclusion of Sensitive Information: In no circumstance shall Unstoppable LLC capture or store raw password strings, unmasked payment card details, security codes (CVV/CVC), or government identification numbers through telemetry mechanisms.

12.2 Advertising Attribution & Cryptographic Identifiers

Telemetry events may correlate first-party identifiers (including ru_uid and session tokens) with SHA-256 hashed, non-reversible representations of user contact details (such as email addresses or phone numbers) strictly for conversion verification, fraud prevention, and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions / Customer Match optimization in compliance with Google Consent Mode v2.

12.3 Corporate Data Asset Transfer

All telemetry records, aggregated behavioral cohorts (including but not limited to high_intent_viewer, cart_abandoner, repeat_buyer, and promo_seeker), audience models, and consent ledger entries constitute valuable proprietary data assets of Unstoppable LLC. In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, debt financing, sale of company assets, or bankruptcy proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that such telemetry and user data assets may be transferred, assigned, or sold to a successor entity or purchasing party as permitted by law.

12.4 Privacy Choices & Opt-Out Rights

Users maintain the legal right to opt out of commercial data sharing, cross-context behavioral advertising, and audience cohort licensing pursuant to applicable state statutes (including the California CPRA). You may exercise your opt-out rights at any time via the Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information controller or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) standard in your web browser.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNSTOPPABLE LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES—RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO UNSTOPPABLE LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unstoppable LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or revoke your license to access the Site if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise the security or community experience of the platform.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before initiating any formal legal dispute, you agree to contact us informally at unstoppableplays2016@hotmail.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute amicably with our leadership team.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND UNSTOPPABLE LLC AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS LAWSUIT OR CLASS ARBITRATION.

18. Modifications, Severability & Entire Agreement

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect product enhancements, statutory changes, or platform evolutions. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be amended accordingly. Continued use of the Site following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Unstoppable LLC superseding all prior communications or proposals.
